History of gigs
Ralph Bird will be presenting a fascinating talk and slide show about the ‘History of Cornish Pilot Gigs’ on 17th Feb at Bere Ferres Hall 19.30 at a cost of £2.50. Non-members welcome. Those who have heard Ralph speak on this subject before highly recommend the presentation.
Half of the proceeds will go to the Children’s Hospice (a fantastic place as you will know if you have ever visited or know people who use it) and half to our equipment fund.
