Winter training
Circuit training with super fit former Marine Nigel Jenkins .
All welcome, whatever your fitness level, hard work but well worth it. Club members £2, non-members £3.
7.30-9pm Tavistock College Sports Hall. (Arrive 7.15 to set up)
Weekly, end of September to the end of March. Over the Christmas period arrangements differ slightly. During March some session will be in the gymnasium and will start at 8 p.m. due to college exams. Any queries contact Helen Dickenson tel 01822 613210.
Salmon boat rowing is not officially a club activity, but John Hillson welcomes those wishing to keep thier oar in over the winter on Sundays, 11 a.m. or 3 p.m. Contact John 07971960928. All levels of abiltity welcome.
